Information on repayments / refunds

The refund is usually* made to the payment method that was used when ordering.

*Exception: The payment was made more than 180 days ago via PayPal or you paid cash on delivery via DHL.

How long do refunds take?

Depending on the selected payment method, the time varies until the refund is credited to you.

Refund to bank account
(When paying by invoice, direct debit, prepayment, cash on delivery or SOFORT)

• Once we have confirmed the refund to you, it will take an average of 6-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Refund via PayPal PLUS
(When paying with the PayPal account or when paying by credit card or direct debit, via the PayPal PLUS service)

• Paypal-Account
  You should receive the credit to your PayPal account shortly after our refund confirmation and be able to see it in your account there.
  
  
• Credit card / direct debit (PayPal PLUS)
  You will receive a refund on your credit card or bank account. Please note that it then takes an average of 6-7 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
  
  For data protection reasons, we do not learn from PayPal which method you have selected there. Therefore we cannot give you any further information about your transaction and your account there.

Refund via Amazon Payments

• You should be able to see the refund in your Amazon Pay account shortly after our confirmation.
  The refund itself is made to the payment source that you have stored in the Amazon Pay account. For data protection reasons, we do not receive any information from Amazon Pay.
