How can I cancel my order?
In the shop you can easily cancel orders that have not yet been shipped, provided the shipping process has not progressed too far.
To do this, please log into your customer account and go to the „Orders“ area.
All your orders will be listed there.
Navigate to the order you wish to cancel. There you will find these options:
In the middle is the Cancel button.
Click on it there and the point expands a second point.
Now you have to confirm the desired cancellation by clicking on „Click again to cancel“.
As soon as you place the mouse pointer on the area, it automatically turns green.
The whole page reloads after the click.
You will then receive a confirmation of the successful cancellation at the top of the screen.
In addition, the „Cancel“ button is no longer available for this order.
This completes the cancellation successfully.

Do I automatically receive a refund?
No, there is no automatic refund. If you have already paid for the canceled order, please contact us for a refund.
I can no longer cancel my order as described above. What should I do?
If your order is already being processed by colleagues in logistics, it is no longer possible for you to cancel the order as it is about to be dispatched.
You can still request a cancellation via our Customer Support Team.

We cannot guarantee that we can still stop the order. Then please refuse to accept the package directly from the deliverer or send the package back to us.
I canceled an order. How do I recognize a successful cancellation?
In the case of successfully canceled orders, the „Cancel“ button is no longer displayed.
Can I restore a canceled order?
No, once an order is canceled it cannot be reactivated. Even our customer service cannot restore them.
If you still want to buy the items, you would have to reorder them in the shop.
To do this, you can call up the „Document Details“ for the corresponding order in the order overview.
There you will find the button „Add Articles to cart (Re-order)“ in the „Shop order“ area.
You can put all available products back into the shopping cart with one click, go to the checkout again and complete the purchase.
