How are verified and unverified purchases/reviews displayed in the shop?
The consumer ratings shown with this banner are automatically checked for authenticity to ensure that ratings only come from consumers who have actually purchased/used the rated products.
The verification happens
- in order to make a previous product purchase a necessary condition for publication as the rating and the order history of the ERP system are automatically checked of comparison.
A shop order serves as basis for the determination. If orders are placed by online shop customers via telephone, these will not be taken into account. - by sending individualized links to consumers after completing an online order, which leads to an online evaluation form from eKomi and which ensures that access to the evaluation function is only granted to consumers who have really purchased that product.

We work together with the independent online rating service provider eKomi Holding GmbH to generate ratings of the goods and services we offer from entrepreneurs and consumers and publishing them on our websites. We ensure that the reviews we publish are from consumers who have really used or purchased our goods or services. This is ensured by the fact that only consumers who have really purchased or ordered the rated goods or services from us either receive a rating link or request it from eKomi Holding GmbH. If we publish reviews that are not based on the purchase of goods or the ordering of a service from us, we expressly point this out.
