Exporting Article Data as CSV via the Table View

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Article Section

   • Open the “Articles” tile on the homepage or enter a search term into the article search at the top.

2. Select Table View

   • Switch to the “Table” view to access the export function.
     

3. Filter or Sort Results (Optional)

   • In the table view, you can filter or sort your search results to export only relevant data.

4. Start CSV Export

   • Click on the three dots (⁝) in the top right corner to open the actions menu.
     

   • Select the “Export as CSV” option.

   • The export will start immediately and the file will be downloaded automatically.

Notes

• The exported file contains all articles from your current selection.

• Open the CSV file in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet program to edit it.

• If you would like to download an overview of all products in our portfolio, the best way is via the master data download:
